GFH Global is working with the Rotary Club District 5130 in Clearlake, California and their sister club in the Philippines, (The Rotary Club of Kandaya) in Tacloban, Zone 3C, District 3860 Club No. 29316. All funds will be held in trust by the Clearlake, California Rotary Club until there is a clear indication that the funds will be used as directed. If sufficient funds are raised to qualify for a matching grant from Rotary International, a grant application will be made.
